Since the beginning of the COVID epidemic, I have been posting a daily poem through email messages. The poems start the day for over one hundred “Poetry Friends” and friends of those friends.

The poems represent the work of many past and current writers and fall into several genres. Here, I offer poems that reveal the connection between poetry and painting and other arts, and poems that are about life transitions.
